Phillip Feret, who has worked for over 20 years in search of the perfect bird, has placed in nearly
every show he's ever competed in for NCS (The National Cockatiel Society). His Tiels impart not
only an impressive size, but full crests, long graceful bodies and unparalleled conformation not
to mention very sweet dispositions.
Linda Greeson, who is probably the most famous Cockatiel breeder in the country. Linda's birds
are Linebred for their massive size and amazing conformation. Linda has made the last 20
years about breeding a bigger better Tiel and her work is beautifully showcased in her birds.
She's had a tremendous amount of success showing her birds at ACS (American Cockatiel
Society) shows.
Joyce Baum, Ok, doesn't compete but her birds are so sweet and playful that they do
command a mention on here. If you decide on one of our adorable little bundles of feathers as
a pet, then chances are they will be descendants of Joyce's birds. In the Phoenix area (where
we're from) her birds have long been sought after for personality and wonderful color
combinations.

We have collected "The Best Of The Best" for use in our breeding programs and we make their
progeny available to you on these pages. Each available bird has been hand-reared unless
otherwise specified and will be very tame if bought as a juvenile.
Additionally, we have birds over a year old available to breeders and people wishing to show
their birds at competitions all over the country. These birds have also been hand-reared (unless
otherwise specified) but have been raised outdoors in large flights with other birds, so while they
are not fearful of people, it may take them awhile to decide that they like to sit on your shoulder
every now and then.
Our aviaries are located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. They're designed to allow our breeding stock
long and wide flight paths and sun filled afternoons. We provide all of our Cockatiels the best
diet available. Our birds eat sprouts, veggies, wheatbread, seeds and pellets each and every
day. Offering our birds these benefits does cost more than the traditional way of breeding, but
the benefits far outweigh any other consideration when you see our birds.

These guys and gals are available at a variety of ages. All come from amazing show and
breeding linebred stock and will "raise the bar" of any aviary they call home. Whenever possible,
we've "graded" them as to how we believe they will perform in your aviary. For instance, we may
state that descendants of this line tend to breed larger crests, or more weight into birds they are
bred with. A current age and weight will accompany each bird's photo and lineage papers will
be shown whenever possible.
These sweet and gentle youngsters will crave interaction with their new owners.
They are typically smaller in size than those offered for breeding/showing, but good things
come in small packages and these FIDS will become cherished members of your family.
This is the cream of the crop of birds bred at Top Tiel's Aviary. Each Cockatiel included in this
classification are birds that, if enough time was available, we would show ourselves. Full
